Yes, we are 10 years – but! we would not be here without all of you guys – our very loyal client base.

We started out 17 years ago (wow).  The business has adapted and been reinvented from a fitness and pilates centre to an exclusive Pilates & Physical Therapy centre.   As we developed as trainers and teachers, our clients demands and requirements also adjusted.  We continued to educate and grow both professionally and personally.   We now celebrate our 10 years of growth – Happy Birthday to us!
