We were so happy to welcome Linn from Straight Forward Nutrition & Tracey from Fermoy Homeopathy to discuss the challenges and experiences Peri Menopause and Menopause can bring.  They challenged the negativity with positivity and how this phase can be very enlightening and fulfilling if we allow it be so.

They also discussed the “life boats” to help us get to the other side and whatever options women decide to take, we must remember there’s no one quick method.

A combination of being mentally, physically, nutritionally and spiritually healthy can allow this process to be a positive experience.   Studies have proven that education and knowledge ensures an easier life transition so get out there guys and ask for help!   There’s lots of it around. xxxx
