So, we have LOTS of new followers recently, so time to have a chat to let you know a bit about our beginnings!
Did you know Sandra Scannell started teaching Pilates in 2003 with a dream to bring the transformative power of Pilates to everyone? Further studies allowed her specialities develop with NMPhysical Therapy, Pre-Natal specialist, Menopause coaching to name but a few…
Here’s what continues to inspire her –
“Pilates transformed the way I felt in my body—not just physically, but mentally. I wanted to create a space where others could experience that same strength and confidence.”
Today, 22 years later, we’re proud to be a strong studio that supports our clients on every step of their wellness journey.
