MAT BEGINNERS
LEVEL 1

Get ready to love Pilates! Our Level 1 Mat class is like having a fun friend guide you! We’ll focus on the basics, learning core control and gentle movements on a comfy mat. It’s perfect for beginners. Our instructors will make sure everything is easy to understand with lots of options.

MAT INTERMEDIATE
LEVEL 2

Feeling ready for more? Our Intermediate Mat class is your next Pilates challenge (in a good way!). We’ll build on what you learned in Beginner Pilates with tougher exercises and fun variations. Our instructors will keep things fun and safe, with plenty of options. You’ve got this!

MAT ADVANCED
LEVEL 3

Mastered Beginner and Intermediate? Advanced Mat Pilates is your Pilates Black Belt! We’ll crank up the challenge with killer combos and variations to push your strength, core, and flexibility. You’ll  love the sweat! Get ready to feel like a Pilates Powerhouse!

MIXED LEVEL

Our Mixed Level Mat Pilates is like a Pilates party!  We’ll explore a fun mix of exercises that’ll fire up your core, leave you feeling like a stretching superhero, and get you celebrating your strength. Our instructors are your personal cheerleaders, offering modifications so everyone can join the party. 

MAT
STRETCH & FLOW

Our Stretch & Flow class is like a hug for the whole body!  We’ll flow through movements, then dive deep into stretches that’ll leave you feeling limber as a dancing flamingo. But don’t be fooled by the stretch talk, this class will also sneak in some sneaky strength work to keep you feeling strong. It’s the perfect way to unwind, lengthen, and leave you feeling amazing from head to toe!
