Mat Pilates was the first form of Pilates that Joseph created.   It’s simplicity in its true form means that you only need yourself to come to class – In our studios, we provide the mats, small props if required etc.  Remember, all workouts require challenge to progress but using the Pilates system, we can manage this safely and incredibly effectively.
