LEVEL 1
This class is perfect for beginners, those recovering postpartum (post-natal), or anyone looking for a gentle reintroduction to exercise. We’ll focus on getting comfortable with the Reformer machine, learning basic movement sequences, and most importantly, reconnecting with your body in a safe and fun way.

Ready to take your reformer training to the next level? This class is designed for graduates of our Level 1 course who are eager to push their practice further. We’ll delve deeper into the world of Reformer Pilates, exploring its benefits that extend far beyond a toned abdomen. REFORMER
LEVEL 3
Conquered Level 1 & 2? Then Reformer Level 3 is designed for seasoned practitioners ready to unlock the machine’s full potential and elevate their Pilates practice.
