As per government guidelines, under level 5 restrictions, we are temporarily closed for 6 weeks – BUT, we can still connect together.  Zoom Classes are available. Book online and you’re off.  More than ever, we need to keep moving.  We have to protect our bodies and minds during these times.  It’s your responsibility to be strong, healthy and well.  Take it seriously and you will feel the benefits.

We are here for you offering support.  Email, ring, text or DM us and we will offer any assistance we can to ensure you know, we are still here for you.
