September is always a fun time in the studio! School routines are back and we get to see more of our members return who may have taken it easy over the summer!

We’re excited to introduce a special opportunity for our existing clients that we know you and your friends will absolutely love❤️

Introducing our “Bring a Friend for FREE” Event!

Have you ever wanted to share the transformative power of Pilates with someone you care about? Now’s your chance! We’re thrilled to invite you and a friend to experience a class together, on us. ????

Why Bring a Friend?

For you:

Motivation Boost: Sometimes, having a friend by your side can be just the thing to get that extra burst of motivation. Sharing the Pilates experience can also help you both stay accountable to your fitness goals.
Shared Joy: Sharing a fun, challenging, and rejuvenating Pilates session with someone close to you can make the experience even more rewarding. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to catch up and make memories together.

For your friend:

Intro to Pilates: If your friend has been curious about Pilates but hasn’t tried it yet, this is the perfect opportunity. They’ll get to experience the benefits firsthand, guided by our experienced instructors.
Supportive Environment: Your friend will feel welcomed and supported in our inclusive studio community. It’s a chance for them to explore a new fitness avenue without any pressure and with you by their side!
You can bring a friend to any class on the schedule during the entire month of September. All you have to do is create an account for your friend and book them. Then, drop us a text or email and we’ll pop that free pass on to their account! Voila!

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all. Let’s make this month a fantastic shared experience that celebrates health, friendship, and well-being!

See you and your friend in the studio soon!
